If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition for a refund.

This should be within 30 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and that the item is undamaged and unused.

Once returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

Unless damaged, defective or not as described, the Buyer will be responsible for returns postage.

Please note that personalised products are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective or not as described. Giftmadesimple cannot accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Can I request a replacement?

If you would like a replacement please contact us to arrange a refund of your original order. You can then order a replacement in the normal way from the listing of your choice. Giftmadesimple will make every effort to prioritise replacement orders to minimise any inconvenience
